Payments will appear as CSID LLC on your bank statement.
CSID LLC is the Stripe billing descriptor for ColorShield ID LLC.
If you see this charge and have questions, email us before contacting your bank.

Onboarding Support
After completing your purchase, our onboarding team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your mandatory API configuration call. During this call we will guide you through:
- Generating a trade-only API key on your exchange
- Confirming withdrawal permissions are disabled
- Submitting your API credentials securely through the post-payment onboarding form
- Configuring your selected trading pairs and risk parameters
